Equipment manufactured by PackRite for use under normal operating conditions is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the original purchaser; electronic parts (PCB’s, motors, etc.) are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days, subject to limitations herein set forth.

Should any defects be found and reported during that period, PackRite will correct such deficiencies, furnishing replacement parts.

All removed parts and/or assemblies resulting from repairs during the warranty period become the property of PackRite.

This warranty shall not apply to any wear items or equipment where the equipment has been subject to accident, alteration, misuse, or failure on the part of the USER to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the equipment as outlined in the OWNER/OPERATOR MANUAL.

This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other expressed or implied warranties, including without limitations, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the company be liable for special or consequential damages, or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with this agreement or with the use of or inability to use the services furnished under this agreement.


Defective Spare Parts Warranty

MECHANICAL

Mechanical parts are warrranted for a period of thirty (30) days. If a mechanical part fails within thirty (30) days after installation of the part, it will be covered under warranty whether the product is under warranty or not, wear items excluded.

ELECTRONIC (PCB’s, motors, etc.)

Electronic parts are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days. If an electronic part fails within ninety (90) days after installation of the part, it will be covered under warranty whether the product is under warranty or not.
