STOCK PRODUCTS

Products canceled within three (3) working days (Monday-Friday) from date of order: no cancellation charge.

Orders accepted and acknowledged but not shipped: cancellation incurs a $25.00 process fee.

Orders processed and shipped direct to the customer or to a PackRite distributor for re-delivery: cancellation charges will be assessed for restocking plus in and out freight charges. Contact PackRite.

Orders shipped and received, installed and invoiced: non-cancelable, as this constitutes a completed transaction.

NON-STOCK PRODUCTS

Applies to units built especially for a customer or a special spec item: cancellation of a non-stock product order will incur a cancellation charge (no exceptions). Charges will be assessed based on the cost of preparing the initial specification and the status of order completion. Contact PackRite for charges to be assessed.
