Multi-purpose machine can be used for both polyethylene and barrier film applications. Units are used in production line applications, usually sold with a conveyor. Bags are guided through the machine by neoprene conveying belts. Sealing is accomplished by the material passing through two 10" heated bars separated by Teflon sealing bands.
Feed Direction: Right to Left or Left to Right
Seal Width: 3/8" or 3/4" standard; 1/8", 1/4", or 1/4" double seal optional
Sealing Capacity: 6 mil single thickness gusseted bags; 10 mil single thickness flat bag
Temperature Control: 600F±2F. Digital readout for validation in both Fahrenheit or Celsius
Sealing Bands: Teflon

Speed: Variable speed up to 750 inches per minute
